By placing an order with Papaya, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s).
Papaya is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that delivery delays may occur and are outside of our control.
Wigs – Processing Times
All orders require 2–3 business days for processing
Orders placed after 3 PM EST begin processing the next business day
On-hand orders are processed the same day or next business day
Wigs 32” and longer require 3–5 business days for processing
Wigs – Shipping
All orders ship via USPS after processing:
Regular Shipping: 2–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
International Shipping: 7–15 business days
On-Hand / Ready-To-Ship Orders
You will receive an email when your order is ready for local pickup
Tracking information will be sent once your order ships
On-hand orders placed after 3 PM EST will process the next business day
Non–on-hand wigs with express shipping will be ready within 1–2 business days
Refunds
Papaya does not offer refunds or exchanges.
All sales are final.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our no-refund, no-exchange policy.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Any issues must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
