Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Papaya is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Wigs – Processing Times

  • All orders take 2–3 business days for processing.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
  • On-hand orders process the same day or next day.
  • Wigs 32” & up require 3–5 business days for processing.

Wigs – Shipping

All orders ship via USPS after processing:

  • Regular Shipping: 2–5 days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 days
  • International Shipping: 7–15 days

On-Hand / Ready-To-Ship Orders

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for local pick-up.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • On-hand orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Non–on-hand wigs with express shipping will be ready in 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Papaya does not provide refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
By placing an order, you agree to our no-refund, no-exchange policy.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 business days if there is an issue.
